How do I order?
Please order via our online shop.

Can you deliver to me?
We are working with a small team at the moment to ensure we keep our employees safe, so we need to keep to a limited delivery area.
The minimum order value to qualify for home delivery is £100.
We can deliver to the following postcodes: GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, GU9, GU10, GU21, GU22, GU23, GU24, GU26, GU27, GU28, GU29, GU30, GU31, GU32, GU33, GU34, GU35, KT7, KT10, KT11, KT12, KT13, KT14, KT22, KT23, KT24.
Alternatively, if you live outside of our delivery area or would like to place an order for less than £100, you can collect on Friday from our depot near Godalming, GU7 2QQ. You will be given our opening times when you select this option at the checkout.

What is this week’s menu?
The menu for each weekend is finalised the Sunday beforehand. This will be emailed out via our mailing list and also shown on our website and Instagram.

What is the deadline for orders?
We need to receive your order by 5pm on Wednesday for delivery that Friday. This gives us time to let our Butcher, Fishmonger and Greengrocer know the orders and for us to prepare your meals.

Can I order just one of the menus?
You can order just one menu and the prices are listed on each menu each week.
For the full Weekender, you will receive both of the menus to enjoy across two evenings, which means the whole weekend of food is sorted! This works out more cost effective than ordering the meals separately.
Alternatively, you can add as many extra as required onto your main order if you are having guests over on just one of the days.
Caper & Berry are providing these meals on the understanding that the gathering is following all current government guidelines on social distancing, which can be found here.

What are the costs for different sized families?
Menu for Two: £130
Menu for Three: £190
Menu for Four: £220
Menu for Five: £270
Menu for Six: £320
Menu for Seven: £370
Menu for Eight: £420

Can you cater for special dietary requirements or allergies?
Absolutely! We are well versed at doing this for our big events and don’t want anybody to miss out on our delicious food because of a food allergy. We will provide suitable alternatives as close to the original menu as possible. If your food allergies are more complicated, we will arrange a call to work out the best solution.

Will I have to prepare anything or does the food come hot, like a takeaway?
The meals are all prepared by our executive chef, Matt, then hand delivered to your front door (at a safe distance of course) and heated at home by you. It comes in recyclable oven proof trays – so minimal washing up – plus simple instructions, including a timetable of when to put everything in the oven. It could not be easier!

Can I order for a weekend further in the future?
Of course! After the sell-out success of each week so far, there will be a limited number of deliveries available each week – once they’re gone, they’re gone – so it is good to get your order in as early as you can. Please email and we can pencil you in, and then confirm your order once you have seen the menu for that week.

Just a note to say how much we are enjoying the Weekender gourmet food from Caper & Berry. We are currently in the midst of our second weekend package treat and this one has somehow managed to surpass the first.

The quality of produce, married to the subtlety of diversified flavours throughout all three courses, makes for a delightful tasting experience for our whole family. The delicate combination of sauces, herbs and spices on all the dishes is exquisite – the truffle honey was a particular favourite. But what makes the Weekender such a welcome addition to our household is that it easily lasts three whole dinner days and will even include a Monday tapas evening of tasty leftovers tonight. Oh and then there’s all the little treats…

Thank you for brightening up our weekends during such unsettling times. From the promotional menus, through to your customer service and smart, efficient delivery in person, it is a seamlessly fabulous experience.
