How do I order?
Please order via our online shop.
Can you deliver to me?
We have a limited number of delivery slots available, so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment. We can deliver to the following postcodes: GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, GU9, GU10, GU21, GU22, GU23, GU24, GU26, GU27, GU28, GU29, GU30, GU31, GU32, GU33, GU34, GU35, KT7, KT10, KT11, KT12, KT13, KT14, KT22, KT23, KT24, PO18, PO19. Alternatively, if you live outside of our delivery area you can collect from our depot near Godalming, GU7 – select your collection date when confirming your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all order of £250 or more. Delivery costs £20 for all orders under £250. Collection is of course free!
When can you deliver, what are the cut-off dates for orders and how long will the food last?
Please see the table below for our standard delivery dates, however if you require a special delivery slot not listed please get in touch via email@example.com and we will see what we can do. We will aim to give a morning or afternoon estimated delivery time the day before your delivery, otherwise you can let us know a safe place to leave it for when you return home.

*There will be no deliveries on Christmas Eve, however we will be in the festive spirit at our Godalming depot, so make a day of it and come and visit to collect your Christmas treats. There are rumours of mulled wine, mince pies and Santa hats!
How many people can I order for?
You can order as much food as you like, but Caper & Berry are providing these meals on the understanding that your gatherings are following all current government guidelines on social distancing, which can be found here.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements or allergies?
Absolutely! We are well versed at doing this for our big events and don’t want anybody to miss out on our delicious food because of a food allergy. We will provide suitable alternatives as close to the original menu as possible, just let us know when you order. If your food allergies are more complicated, we will arrange a call to work out the best solution. The allergens stated on the products are subject to change, so please let us know when ordering of any allergies you have. Please note that although many of our recipes do not contain nuts as an ingredient, we do handle nuts in our kitchen, so cannot guarantee completely nut free items.
Can I amend my order after I have placed it?
We understand plans can change, especially at the moment! Once your order has been placed you can add more onto it up to the cut-off date for your selected delivery/collection date – simply pop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process this. You can reduce your order up to the cut-off date for your selected delivery/collection date – simply pop us an email and we will process this, but please note this may mean you qualify for a delivery charge if it takes your order value below £250. If you want to cancel your order completely, and let us know before the cut-off date for your selected delivery/collection date, we will refund you 75% of the order value before delivery charges. We are unable to make any amendments to orders after the cut-off date for your selected delivery/collection date as our chefs will be busy preparing your order!
Will I have to prepare anything or does the food come hot, like a takeaway?
The meals are all prepared by our team of chefs, then hand delivered to your front door (at a safe distance of course) and heated at home by you. It comes in recyclable oven proof trays – so minimal washing up – plus simple instructions, including a timetable of when to put everything in the oven. It could not be easier!
