How do I order?

When and where can I collect my order from?

Collection will be the best option this year – we will be hosting a festive pick-up day on Christmas Eve at our kitchen courtyard just outside Godalming, GU7 2QQ, complete with mince pies, mulled wine and a festive tombola. We cannot wait to see you!

You can select your delivery/collection option at the checkout. Please note, you will need to collect your order on 24th December 2021 between 10am and 3pm. 

Can you deliver to me?

We have a very limited number of delivery slots available, so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment. The cost for delivery is £25 and is on Christmas Eve only.

Our local delivery area includes the following postcodes: GU1, GU2, GU3, GU4, GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, GU9, GU10, GU21, GU22, GU23, GU24, GU26, GU27, GU28, GU29, GU30, GU31, GU32, GU33, GU34, GU35, KT7, KT10, KT11, KT12, KT13, KT14, KT22, KT23, KT24.

You can select your delivery/collection option at the checkout. Please note, you will need to be at home on 24th December 2021 to receive your delivery between 9am and 4pm. We cannot provide a smaller delivery window.

When is the deadline for orders?

The cut-off for orders will either be Friday 17th December or when we reach capacity, so make sure you order as soon as possible. These orders will then be delivered or ready for collection on Friday 24th December, Christmas Eve.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements or allergies?

All of the allergens will be listed for each item on our website. V = Vegetarian, VE = Vegan, P = Pescatarian, GF = Gluten Free, DF = Dairy Free, EF = Egg Free. Items are marked as containing nuts if the recipe includes nuts, but we cannot guarantee the absence of nuts in any of our products as we use them in our kitchens. The allergens stated on these products are subject to change, so please let us know when ordering of any allergies you have. 

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cater for any other specific dietary requirements, but if you have any questions please call or email us.


Will I have to prepare anything or does the food come hot, like a takeaway?

The meals are all prepared by our team of chefs and heated at home by you. It comes in recyclable oven proof trays – so minimal washing up – plus our Ultimate Feasts include a timetable of when to put everything in the oven. It could not be easier!

How long will the food last?

All our food will be freshly prepared by our wonderful team of chefs for you to heat at home. The food delivered/collected on Friday 24th December will have a use-by date of Monday 27th December, so will be perfect for both Christmas and Boxing Day.

My payment won't go through, what should I do?

Sometimes the payment page times out, but this does not mean you cannot have your food delivered! Please either select to pay by bank transfer; email or call 01483 427521 and we will process your order.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

Once your order has been placed you can add more onto it up to 17th December 2021 – simply pop us an email to and we will process this.

You can reduce your order up to 17th December 2021 – simply pop us an email and we will process this, but please note this nneds to be of value at least 50% of your original order.

If you want to cancel your order completely, and let us know before 17th December 2021, we will refund you 50% of the order value before delivery charges.

We are unable to make any amendments to orders after the cut-off date for your selected delivery/collection date as our chefs will be busy preparing your order!

What is included from the photos?

The photos shown on our website are a representation of the food we are providing and the final product may look slightly different. No crockery, cutlery or tableware is included in your purchase unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Recycle & Re-use

All of our pots, trays and packaging are recyclable, as any plastics that have been used are PET and HDPE which are recyclable and we encourage you to do this through your household waste. If your council does not have the facility to recycle these, you are welcome to return these to us and we will recycle for you. Similarly, you can either re-use or recycle the delivery box yourself, or simply give it back to us when we next deliver to you and we will recycle on your behalf (we have larger bins than your ones at home!)

So you are aware, at our kitchen in Godalming our electricity is provided by a 100% renewable supplier. Although it is not a glamorous subject, our food waste is separated and either composted or converted into energy which is fed back onto the national grid. All other waste is sorted externally, 98% of which is recycled.
