The Occasion

A spectacular London wedding for 150 guests organised by the wonderful Melanie Helen from Cranberry Blue Weddings.

The Setting

The stunning Trinity Buoy Wharf in London’s Docklands.

The Menu

Tandoori king prawns on a roasted corn and pepper salsa with tamarind dressing followed by fillet of sea bass  with potato and cumin cake, greens and a curry and coconut sauce and then our take on “Coffee and Cake”


Eastern inspired cocktails – Lychee martinis – Ginger and Lemongrass julep and passion fruit mojitos.
