The season ending party for the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy – 800 guests enjoyed food stations and cocktails.
The main galleries at Royal Academy where filled with amazing sculptures and the most beautiful art.
Canapés served on floral themed wooden boxes with Dorset crab, truffled Aranchini and tiny little smoked duck cottage pies.
Three food stations –
“Best of British” – little scotch eggs, Beal’s Farm charcuterie, hand made mini pies
“Italian” – Parma ham carved served with crostini, different mozzarella and caponata
“King of Prawn” – an giant ice sculpture full of amazing little prawn cocktails
The Enchanted garden dessert room – with some incredible treats
As guest left they where given a mini pizza in bespoke little boxes cooked in our wood fired pizza defender.
