An opulent private dinner for 30 guests to celebrate the best of fine food and drinks.
The impressive Cowdray House is a wonderful setting – a simply stunning house for parties and weddings – guests all stayed over in the beautiful rooms.
It started with our take on “Bacon and Eggs”, Asian duck with Kimchi and a edible autumn garden. The fabulous meal started with scallops with a lobster bisque fresh apple and baby coriander was followed with a duo of Hampshire beef with truffles and wild mushrooms.
Guest were then guided through to a spectacular dessert table with macaroon and chocolate lollipops – mini lemon Bretons and some stunning mini desserts.
Guests were greeted with Nyetimber and our Caper and Berry signature G&T with lemon thyme and cucumber. For the dinner we had some cracking burgundy all supplied by Henning’s Wine Merchant. Cocktails were served with the dessert table including espresso martini, our basil smash and grapefruit and ginger cooler.
